Previously served as Adjunct Faculty at HR College of Commerce & Economics, Mumbai University, and has extensive corporate experience as a Senior Manager in the commodity markets at Phillip Commodities India Pvt. Ltd. (MF Global), with hands-on expertise in trading on major global exchanges, client servicing, and financial analysis.

An active Model United Nations (MUN) advisor, guiding students in public speaking, international diplomacy, and global policy discourse. A committed researcher with over four papers published in reputed management journals, as well as contributions to book chapters and national conference proceedings, reflecting strong academic scholarship and thought leadership.

Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Management Studies, with a solid academic foundation including an MBA in Finance and a B.Ed., B.Com. in Commerce and Economics. Holds KHDA- and Cambridge-certified diplomas in Early Childhood and Special Education, along with Bloomberg and Reuters certifications.

Known for innovative teaching strategies, strong classroom management, administrative acumen, and a deep commitment to student development and academic rigor.

A passionate and achievement-driven educator with over 12 years of diverse experience in teaching and curriculum development across IGCSE and university-level education. Currently serving as Subject Specialist Economics at Gems Metropole School, Dubai,

Dr. Fletcher earned his PhD from Lancaster University with a focus on light absorption in molecules. His research involved analysing models for the change in structure caused by the absorption of light and has been presented at national and international conferences. Alongside their academic pursuits, he has taught and mentored students at secondary and undergraduate levels, helping them develop critical thinking, scientific communication, and independent research skills.

As an advisor for Youth Research Review, Dr. Fletcher is committed to guiding young researchers through the process of inquiry, analysis, and scholarly writing. He believes that high-quality research begins with curiosity, and he works to empower students to ask meaningful questions and explore them with academic rigor.

His mentoring style combines clear, constructive feedback with encouragement and practical advice. Whether reviewing research proposals, offering editorial guidance, or helping students refine their methodologies, Dr. Fletcher aims to make research both accessible and rewarding for the next generation of scholars.

Dr. Peter Fletcher

Dr. Fletcher is a dedicated educator and researcher with a strong passion for nurturing early academic talent and fostering intellectual curiosity among young scholars. With a background in Chemistry, he brings a wealth of experience in both academic research and student mentorship.

Through her venture, she promotes Strategic Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives in the industry and consults with some of the most reputable corporations in India, as well as national and International development agencies operating in India and other countries. She has played an active role in policy research in the domains of Women Entrepreneurship and Sustainable Transport Systems. As a research lead on over a hundred studies and assessments, she carries an extensive and in-depth understanding of various initiatives aimed at achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.

As a Master Trainer at Change the Game Academy, Netherlands, she has trained hundreds of Non-Profit and Social enterprise leaders from SE Asia, the SAARC region, and Africa. She is also a mentor and resource person for several reputed Social Enterprise Incubators and Accelerators.

She currently serves as the Co-Convenor of the CSR forum at IBPC, UAE, promoting CSR practice among IBPC member companies in the country.

She is also a founding board member of the Social Value India Foundation- the India chapter of Social Value International, UK, which promotes Social Return on Investment Principles(SROI)

Manju holds a PhD in Social Entrepreneurship from the School of Management and Labour Studies at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai.

She has authored several industry reports and presented papers at numerous national and international seminars. She also authors teaching case studies in the area of social entrepreneurship and women entrepreneurship in collaboration with academicians.

Dr Manju Menon

Dr Manju Menon brings over two decades of experience in the field of social impact across diverse sectors, working with national and international non-profits and impact investment firms. She is the Co-Founder and CEO of NuSocia – A Social Impact Advisory and Research firm that helps businesses initiate, implement and sustain social impact projects.
